Susan is an Experience Research Directer at Mad*Pow, coming from Bentley University, where she worked in the Design and Usability Center, while earning her M.S. in Human Factors in Information Design. Prior to that, she worked as a Product Manager for Constant Contact. Susan is an old hat at consulting, and has worked with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 firms. She has experience in online education, retail, business services, financial products, and healthcare industries.

Though there’s not actually an officially sanctioned “person with the most degrees” competition at Mad*Pow, it wouldn’t hurt to put your money on Susan. In addition to the above-mentioned M.S., Susan holds a BA and MSc. in Geophysics from The University of Chicago and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
